Susan  Colville was voted both in  2009 and 2010  runner up for the title Young Brand Ambassador of the Year by Whisky Magazine in their Icons of Whisky Awards.

Born and Raised in Rothes, Speyside her father has 33 years experience at Glenrothes Distillery, which inspired he from a young age.  She remember sitting in the stillhouse at rothes, being in awe of the stills in “the cathedral”.

Graduated from Robert Gordon University with a BA(hons) in European Business Administraion with French in 2002 and gained a diploma from L’institut Europeen de negication (Toulouse Business School).  I’m still fluent in French to this day.

As well as being brought up with Glenrothes in her untiverstiy holidays  she worked as a tour guide for both Glenfarclas and Glenfiddich.  Susan has also worked on the retail side with Royal Mile Whiskies before starting her globe trotting in 2004 selling whisky to the world.

Susan now spends her time telling all those whisky enthusiasts from Aberdeen to Auckland about the selection process, effort, quality and process that goes into choosing Wemyss Single Cask Malts.

Susan has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of whisky, in fact as you can see it’s in her blood.
